This warranty applies to customers who purchase products for personal or household use. Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects or technical failures of the equipment under normal conditions of use. It includes:
- Hardware issues not caused by the user.
- Technical failures in the equipment's internal components.
- Technical inspection of the product should it experience issues during the warranty period. Duration: Laptops and Desktop Computers: Up to 30 days of direct warranty coverage with Tecnolivita LLC. Computer Accessories: Between 7 and 15 days of warranty coverage against manufacturing defects. Some products may include an additional manufacturer's warranty (HP, Lenovo, or others).
2. Guarantee for Companies (Business Contracts)
Companies that collaborate with Tecnolivita LLC through commercial contracts benefit from an extended level of warranty coverage, designed to ensure the continuity of their technological operations. Benefits of the business warranty include:
- Priority technical support; 24/7 remote technical support; diagnosis and resolution of technical issues; and technology consulting for IT infrastructure.
